Awesome Side Panel Window Cut-out, By: Sky
This is a dangerous project. GruntvillE.com along with its administrators, moderators and owners take absolutely no responsibility for any “Personal or Property Damage” which may be happen while attempting this project. This is to give you a reference on cutting a window in your case. It is not the exact steps for all cases. If you take the proper precautions and use safety equipment (i.e. Safety glasses, face shields, dust masks, etc.) you should be fine. Please keep in mind that all power tools can be dangerous, especially ones that have speeds over 5,000rpm. In this case the Dremel turns in excess of 30,000rpm and can send parts of those reinforced cutting wheels right through your body and even walls. Please be careful. If you understand that GruntvillE.com and any of its employees take no responsibility for your actions, you may proceed to read. If this is unclear, please hit your back button and go look at pictures as the English language is obviously a little too tough for you.

Ok, let’s get started. Sorry for the above legal statement but there are people out there that this applies to. First off let’s get our materials ready.

 MEASURING
You want to first measure your side panel. I have found that is pretty safe to cut up to 2 inches from the edges. Any closer than that and it becomes a problem. Each side panel is different and it’s important to check before cutting. What worked for me may not work for you! Check for any obstacles when putting the side panel back in place. Measure twice, cut once!

I used a popular graphics program to draw my design in. Since it was so large, it took 4 pages to print it on. I just taped them all together after.
